Typical delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Yes! Orders of $150 or more ship free within the US.
For orders under $150, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

🧭 How can I get a tracking number for my order?

As soon as your order ships, the tracking number is added to your order and sent to your email.
Didn’t receive it? Check spam or contact us with your order number.

🔁 How do I process a return or exchange?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, with tags/packaging intact.
Please attach your receipt or order screenshot, and a photo of the product & packaging.
Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
For damaged-in-transit items, reach out within 48h of delivery with photos.
