As soon as your order ships, the tracking number is added to your order and sent to your email.
Didn’t receive it? Check spam or contact us with your order number.

🔁 How do I process a return or exchange?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, with tags/packaging intact.
Please attach your receipt or order screenshot, and a photo of the product & packaging.
Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
For damaged-in-transit items, reach out within 48h of delivery with photos.
